About
Prof. Luca Richeldi
Agostino Gemelli University Hospital IRCCS
Respiratory medicine is a complex, ever-evolving discipline, grounded in data, method and responsibility.
In this space I wish to share knowledge, clinical experiences and reflections developed through years of research and working alongside patients.
I believe in transparent, verifiable science that is open to discussion. I believe that methodological rigour is the only true safeguard against the noise of opinions. I believe that a doctor's professionalism is built through time, results, study and consistency.
This blog was created to explain, clarify and explore the topics of respiratory medicine in an accessible language, yet grounded in evidence.
Here, scientific data and the patient come first.
Because protecting breath means protecting life.
